Noobmariner/Nymphomariner History

As Phoband originally said here:

Choose your dealer then choose your watch. Well I've already chosen my dealer, Reg. And the next watch I'm choosing is a noobmariner. More for curiosity than anything else. I know there are the "moneys no object" super reps out there. But for less than a £100.00 I get to feel what it's like to wear. If I like it that much then maybe I'll consider saving up for one of BK's TW subs.

Although I do know that Reg still hand picks his watches in Thailand.. He will be there next month and I am ordering one.

realise that this thread is a little dated-but does Reg Still travel there to QC his own pieces? if so, i have a wish list..... lol

Hi guys sorry I'm a newbie to this forum, been reading a few pages of this post. I wanted to know where would be best to purchase myself a submariner date, yaghtmaster blue dial or sea dweller 4000 with the 3135 movement in the Noob edition? If this makes sense? An to be 1:1 like.

Very interesting thread.

Curious as to who was making good quality Sub reps before 2000? My sub was purchased in 1999 and it would be interesting to know some manufacturing history for it.
