New Oyster Perpetual 39mm - rep'ed anytime soon?

Recommended Posts

Ji4040

Hello fellow members, does anyone have any news about the 2015 Rolex Oyster Perpetual 39mm? If there will be a rep of these? I think the size is ideal for many and it comes in some nice new colors... Kinda Explorer 1 size without numbers, just sticks.

Please let us know, thanks very much.

I completely agree that the 39mm is ideal for many. I always felt the 36mm was too small and the DJII too big. The 39mm should be perfect.

Good spot.

Does anyone sell the correct strap to your knowledge? Wondering if it's worth getting the piece and investing in a separate clasp...

I actually prefer the clasp on that rep to the milgauss type but if you wanted to swap them you could get a milgauss type from linamarket and scotchbrite the polished centre

Yay... Good find! But why it says 38mm? It should be 39mm, no?

Why even bother for hoping a new Rolex gets repped? They always do, even though the size is stuck in the 60s-70s

I like these watches, very simple and understated. I'm just about to go for an explorer 1, in the unfashionable 36mm size

Yes, it's a pretty cool and understated watch and it will have its market.

Now to only find a dealer with decent picures, these are absolute shit

Nice, dial color looks off though and bracelet is a miss for sure. I'll wait for V2. TS used to have great pictures until they got this shit site going now.
