New 3714 from SWF (and maybe from ZF too)

That's great Kenny. Thanks for the pictures. I will need to invest in one.

In fact, would be great if we could buy the transfer module separately...

Dou you know if someone would be able to fit the gen secs@6 module into the gen 7750 or a7750 ?

I have a feeling yes but I'm not sure. Would almost certainly need watchmaking skills and equipment rather than tinkering. That person could probably also make a module. Do you have one? I doubt if they are available as a spare part. .

i got one just last year, as I have by accident purchased an incomplete 79350.

Will check with my supplier, if it is still available. the problem is, that the 79350, even without a module, seems to have a cover plate which differes from a standard 7750, therefore I would not feel comfortable trying to fit the module in myself

Unfortunately I guess this build will be in M2M very soon. Had some unexpected bills :|

Nice setup. Is the case construction as per gen with screws for bezel as well as case back?

Nice. Will make a decent hybrid/Franken. I have been eyeing one of these for a while now.

Guys, I'm happy to announce that this new secs@6 movements are GOOD. Well, at least WAY better than the old ones.

I wrote to Toro asking him if possibly ZF also started to use these movements. He spoke with them and hopefully we will soon have some zf movement pics too. He told me they are using the same as swf so smooth sweep and no grinding... Maybe he will open a thread in his area. Otherwise I will report.

Kenny a favour: they declare 12.5mm thickness for your model. That one is also the gen thickness. Can you verify on yours if it is true, please?

Thanks in advance!

This is the thickness of the watch in the OP.

Thanks JsJ. 1.5mm thicker than the gen looks like.

Yep! Confirmed on the new models like the ceramic Miramar or the grey spitfire.

I did a thread about it, something similar to "new 7750 jeweled", like 3 weeks ago. I can't find it on tapatalk but if you search on pc interface it shouldn't be hard to get it :)

Brilliant thanks.

Now to confirm if they use these new movements in the ardoise 3714 :)

I like this one on a nice khaki canvas strap.

May need to give myself one for father's day to franken.

Keep posting guys.

Careful with ZF version. Apparently it doesn't have the same construction as SWF. It has fake screws on the back of the case. They don't hold the bezel as in the SWF version (as per gen)

My ZF Rose Gold Spitfire arrived this morning from Fat Panda - 3 days shipping to UK - I am blown away and a full review is to be posted shortly in this section. In the meantime here is a shot of beauty and a video (if it works!) of the sec@6 for people to check out. Looking at the thread it maybe I need to request SWF next time.... Chromo looks to only count 30 min based on my brief test (it jumped two marks after 1 min sweep)

Just wish I could afford a real one!!

And the video...think you can click through to run it

So it looks like they used the 3714 movement. Fair enough. What looks superb.

Brilliant watch Pesman! Does look to be quite some stutter to the sec hand though, or is it just the video and my old eyes?
