leebob 0 Posted August 15, 2016 Guys. I have got a few watches on order with Tim. Just had QCs . I have ordered a dssd Asian 2836 but Tim says it's been sent with a Asian 3135 instead and I can have it at no extra cost, I chose the 2836 for cost to reliability but is it worth the 3135 at no extra cost. Thoughts would be much appreciated.
Duzza 182 Posted August 15, 2016 Not sure on DSSDs but the latest subs with 3135 movements have much better case and bezels. The consensus seems to be the 3135 is much improved in terms of reliability.
Lagger 160 Posted August 15, 2016 I think it's worth keeping as you got it for less money, parts however may be an issue in future

tonyh7 223 Posted August 15, 2016 Not exactly looking on the bright side but if it goes wrong you can get an Asian 2836 repaired or replaced but with the other one you're basically fucked. Any way makes a nice change from ordering a 2836 and getting a 2813. Tim's a good guy - a lot of dealers wouldn't notice!
