russ99 1 Posted August 16, 2016 Can`t believe this is my first post. I`m such a lurker! Just wanted to shout out some thanks to the Mod team and in particular andyboy. Had a slight issue with a TD and was chasing an agreed refund for a few weeks with no joy. PP payment but following the rules dropped Andy a note yesterday to see if he could help it along. Two hours, yes two hours, later the refund is sitting in my Paypal account. Let that be a note to others who go straight to the PP dispute button. In short, don`t. Drop the mods a message. Frustratingly they said not availible anymore so i went to another TD and bought there. They, the original, then found some stock and tried to put the order through by sending QC pics despite it already being cancelled and buying elsewhere. Then a delay with the cash coming back into my account. Total delay about 3 weeks all in all so not the end of the world but needed the cash elsewhere.
