FIRST THOUGHTS: A Lange & Sohne 1815 Tourbillon

So this just arrived from TS Watch... 03659FFC-F828-4101-A1C9-6161556E69FD_zpse4q6fm4m.jpg Firstly, having not used TS for some time, I was pleasantly surprised when the watch arrived in a TS Watch branded zip case. Very nice!! The watch itself is spotless, solid, and absolutely stunning!! I was concerned over the 42mm size but actually the lugs are very compact and it wears more like a 40mm, certainly doesn't feel as large as the Datograph reps of the same case diameter!! Overall, with the inevitable exception of the strap, it's an incredible piece, and well worth the $650+ price tag in my opinion. This thing looks and feels like a very expensive watch!!! DC
Oh shit! I now NEED an ALS...!!!

Looking great DC!

Can you post a pic of this next to your Patel 530? I want to compare their size.

Also what's the size of the strap so I can start looking for a nice one!

This one is amazing. Lately I have a huge tourbillon itch, was looking at this one just anothe case/dial combination. I think it is SS case and grey dial - dealers have some stock photo, I am sure in real life it is 10x better. Thanks for sharing your toughts and pictures..

How does this compare to original? It looks good but has anyone got pics of them side by side?

Very impressive! Love the bridge and the lignes, only question mark really is in the decoration on the balance and regarding the gen on the balance?

Sorry, gem stone
