Pretty sure you are supposed to cut them, bit by bit as once you have cut it there is no going back!

Also pretty sure most dealers offer an XS strap with the yachtmaster rubber, who did you get it from?

Is it a Rubber B? Linamarket have those. I'd buy another one and have a play. Clasps on them are not bad.

I think the gens are available in a number of lengths so a buyer will get one suited for their wrist.

The ones that come on the reps are same length as the longest size gen one available, because China

Can't cut it because it's with only one ankerport left and right.

Have it from Trusty as replacement of my Jacob & Co he coulden't fix no more.Had this watch for one week and than it was dead.

Now as replacement an everrose.Clasp seems to be of poor quality, but hey, I'm glad I have a replacement.

Just can't adjust the bloody thing.

No holes in the strap to put a pin in, no clasp that you can move a little sidewards.

A ok, was thinking it could be like the Patek Aquanaut... There are plenty of cheap rubber straps on the Bay, or you can go all out on a rubber B

Philippe123--

There are actually several threads about this topic already. Try searching for "Oysterflex".

The Oysterflex bracelet is adjustable only at the clasp-- Rolex solves the fit issue by making the strap in several lengths, but the rep strap is only available in 2 sizes-- the "regular" and the "XS Asian ". If neither of these does it for you, you'll have to choose an alternative strap:
