Need Vintage Dial replacement (Landeron 48 Movement) 31.00 mm

Recommended Posts

ERROR404

When I bought it, I didn't think the scuffs in the dial would bother me much.... but they do! and because of it, it's the watch that I wear the least.

I'm looking for a decently priced dial. The current dial is 31.10 mm, but I think a 31.00 mm would work just fine (because of the case).

So far, I found this site:

http://www.uhren-roemer.de/Uhrenersatzteile-nach-Marken/Landeron-Uhrenersatzteile/Landeron-Uhrenzifferblaetter/Landeron-Chronographenzifferblaetter-31mm-bis-31-90mm/Landeron-Chronographen-Zifferblatt-Durchmesser-31-00mm-oxid-2.html?listtype=search&searchcnid=891738b8a8642340fa094d50ceba657e

Do you of any other sites (I'm in US)

Thanks

I like watches with newer look, so I'd say "change it" BUT only if you can find a dial like the one you have, to keep the watch gen.

I wouldn't change it, that patina is something that cannot be replicated. Truly: if it does not suit you, sell it to someone who would love it like it is, and use the money and what you will save in materials, time, and effort changing it to buy what you would prefer to have. Like we say in the vintage car world, "You only have one chance to be original". That's original, don't touch it.

Thanks a lot for the feed back. I'm keeping it as it's.

Also, there's chance that I might sell it to Diver Dave.

If he doesn't take I might post it.
