FoxWilde 155 Posted July 12, 2017 I got a rep gold daydate 36. Since it's an old one I can tell you be very careful with the gold plating/wrapping. This means gold watches have significantly lower lifespans than steel watches. That is unless you're okay with the faded look your crown and bracelet will get. On diamonds, it's your choice. I personally don't think the diamond hour markers are too much, but more than that is overkill:D

Real men are secure in their sexuality enough to wear the Gaytona, as in Narikaa's post. Or the Gay-Date. See them once more, below: It's a slippery slope........ narikaa 129 Posted July 12, 2017 I always find it a laughable dichotomy Sprout up a brands 'top of the range' uber expensive lines & the die hard brand fan boys have a vomit-fest Is it I wonder, misguided loyalty or pure bottom rung aspirations ;)

LightGeek 25 Posted July 12, 2017 Yeah. The more emotionally secure folks would spring for "white gold", and just know inside that "my Rolex is more Rolex than your Rolex". That said, I'm going to put in the order tonight... and potentially make a big mistake. I'm still undecided.......
narikaa 129 Posted July 12, 2017 “My Rolex is more Rolex than your Rolex.” Truer than you think My old mate now in Chicago working in top tier finance explained it perfectly, It's not about watches in the slightest, it's just an amount of money on show, on your wrist. The basic vin ordinaire Rolexs are the bottom rung. Sneered at by the two toners, who in turn are looked down on by the all golds, etc etc. He's just gone AD fresh Patek so that he gets the drop on the lot of them. Abject wankerism if you ask me, but that's how the mop flops in the world of the suits
