I love these frickin GMTs. So someone said they wanted it to look like this.

I got to here. Tough to do the square CGs since there just isn't enough CG there. But close. Also better light on my photo so it looks "fresher"

Kinda chuffed. Never did a black insert one with a "just a bit" of aging.

@NCRich - 316l shouldn't be hard (read expensive) to add to CG's..

Thought on that? (If it bothers you so)

Not sure though how it would actually appeared after the machining buffing polishing.. Since is welded on..

Good effect! It has the right amount of fading not to look very old. I had the same effect done on my DRSD :)

Looks great Rich. What did you use to age the lume?

Its watercolors. So you can try a number of things and just rinse them off if you don't like it. When you get it like you want put a couple coats of matte lacquers. But you'd have to start with the white lume, not the orange.

Very nice NCRich!

I love the 'mild patina' and the lume colo(u)r.

The way you have it now, it actually looks like 90% of vintage watches...SLIGHT discolo(u)ration of the lume, some fading, some scratches, but nothing crazy.

None. But I know a guys that are maybe largest 316L product manufacturers in my country.

They are working for pharma company that I am working too.

Sometimes they have projects which lasts 12-24 months to build, so they're pretty skilled with 316L
