To me, in my little, "interesting" world, "FAKE" would refer to something that doesn't exist-- like a variant of a watch the maker doesn't produce; "REPLICA" would refer to a COPY of an existing watch the Brand (Rolex, Breitling, etc.) actually makes but is not the genuine article.
