It was in a recent video for Tweetsauce and it is based on Radians to label the hours which is all a little funky... Something a bit different eh. Haha yeah, Like instead of it being the time in a standard place, it was done based on random placing of the 1 - 12 numbers. Kind of like a FM Crazy hours assortment of hours but in code.....
