bankies007 0 Posted August 21, 2017 Does it matter in picking a watch you like or would it influence any of you. Total noob here and loving some watches here but I do have thin wrists and would a Rolex sub say look silly on my wrist ?
SuperbMonster 4 Posted August 21, 2017 It does indeed. What size is your wrist?
BadPickle 2,741 Posted August 21, 2017 its all down to personal taste, try a few out in the high street dealers before making a rep purchase, that way you'll know what will be your size.
GenTLe 1,501 Posted August 21, 2017 Of course it matters. My wrist is 19.5cm (7.7 in) and apart few watches that are ok also if small (like the 36mm rolexes), I wear only 40+mm watches because the others look silly. Same for watches over 46mm
bankies007 0 Posted August 21, 2017 Thanks guys time to measure my wrist
BadApple 13,081 Posted August 21, 2017 I'd lend you the tape my missus keeps in her bedside draw but it's miles out.

BadApple 13,081 Posted August 21, 2017 Go for a Panerai, nothing fancy say a PAM 360 - good on a wrist of our size.....
Raulrual 0 Posted October 4, 2017 All is personal taste and honestly your ability to wear it comfortably. I've worn a big pilot for a week straight and if feels no different than a gen lpp 3777
DylanRolex77 0 Posted October 4, 2017 Definitely would influence my decision!
