Stunning results as usual, your aging of the dial is perfect.

Does this PANAM round out the GMT collection or do you have more up your sleeve...?

Looks awesome
I would love to create something like that, where did you get the case from and what movement?

I don’t know the story about these panam watches but I have heard stories - were these made for panam pilots?

BP factory 1675.  This one has a 3804b movement which I prefer.

Yes.  Company issues.

Spot of tea and some massaging.  Matte sprayed with lacquer.

I am HIGHLY impressed by the aging on the dial!

Did the tea and lacquer go on there as well?

How did you know the dial would fit in the BP or did you just roll the dice?

Never, ever roll the dice.  Not after the first time.  I believe it is 27.3mm all day long (but I didn't look at my notes.  Anyway yukis fit the rep.

Thanks @NCRich Is the yuki dial visibly superior to the raffles dials?  I've ordered several raffles dials and they don't look too much different than the yuki dials other than the size difference (27.3 vs 29).

Another lovely build, Rich.

If you ever tire of some of your vintage reps and I have the $$$ to spare, please let me know.

It really depends on the dial.  Many of raffles dials are very good.  But he doesn't have the selection of dials.  Yukis dials are decent, but they fit the case.  If the dial doesn't fit you are out of luck.

That’s what I was thinking. Did you have any trouble getting the yuki hands to fit? They’re very specific on their site about the hands only fitting genuine 1675 movement. Do you think they’d fit on a BP 1675 2813 movement @NCRich?

I bought the dial without the hands.  Just ask them, its cheaper.  You can get a small gmt hand and use the other hands that come with the 1675.   No problem.

Shoot, I’m trying to see if they’ll refund me for the hands. I bought the dial this morning not thinking about it. Thank you for the info! @NCRich
