Yeah mate I’m going to make a thread of all my gate purchases, which I will obviously have to update quite often, have just been busy. Will happen sometime this week though mate. 

Also thought I might do an in depth type of guide to my experiences buying on the gate, pros and cons, buyers I’ve had good and bad experiences with. Basically all the knowledge I’ve amassed so far. A DHGate for dummies thread. 

Who knows, might even be made a sticky if I don’t fuck it up

Looks like top just has had a hinged lid and sides built up, then segmented to fit watches and the whole lot stained the same for a seamless finish. 

Nice looking and practical cabinet.

Think I’d like a display top on it though

Quite like the 'stealth' aspect.  Couple that with a release mechanism in the bottom drawer, and i reckon that's a winner.

Just found this one going for free, but I'm not back in the UK for three weeks.  Hope it's still there when I get back...

That sounds great. Does sound like it could take some time to do it proper - but totally worth it once all the initial work is done. Would be fun to update too. Looks like Glaude has the artwork area covered (and quite nicely I might add), if I can help let me know.
