Hello all,

I noticed my rotor wasn't spinning. Opened up the caeback and had this piece lodged in the rotor.

Any light on where it's from? Removed it and now moving again.

It's a miyoto movement, my watch doesn't stop with the crown fully out too.

Thanks 28eea2903285b64a95aa5871f227fca7.jpgc3756f906c2c5b54c5c80b8dc8caf345.jpg

It's a miyoto movement, also my watch doesn't stop when the stem is fully out and I'm adjusting the time.

Looks like a "faux" regulator adjuster.

One of the reasons I don't like anything with movement decorations.

Not needed, close her up and enjoy!

Yep, you can see it here in the center of the balance wheel.

A lot of these crap decorations are simply glued on.

True - throw that piece away and seal it back up. Don't think that Miyota has a hacking function, so normal to not stop ?

Miyota 8215 is a not hacking so it's normal that it doesn't stop when in time setting. That bit is as said just a part of the movement camouflage...
