ReplicaFromDownunder 2 Posted October 29, 2017 Hello all, I noticed my rotor wasn't spinning. Opened up the caeback and had this piece lodged in the rotor. Any light on where it's from? Removed it and now moving again. It's a miyoto movement, my watch doesn't stop with the crown fully out too. Thanks Sent from my SM-N920I using Tapatalk Hello all, I noticed my rotor wasn't spinning. ShovelnTC 31 Posted October 29, 2017 Looks like a "faux" regulator adjuster. One of the reasons I don't like anything with movement decorations. Not needed, close her up and enjoy!
ShovelnTC 31 Posted October 29, 2017 Yep, you can see it here in the center of the balance wheel. A lot of these crap decorations are simply glued on.

True - throw that piece away and seal it back up. Don't think that Miyota has a hacking function, so normal to not stop ?
GenTLe 1,501 Posted October 29, 2017 Miyota 8215 is a not hacking so it's normal that it doesn't stop when in time setting. That bit is as said just a part of the movement camouflage...
