On the subject of the OP (now that I've actually read the whole thread), I've found that all of the screw down crown reps I have are resistant to the ingress of water. This is as long as there is only a crown and no pushers or other holes in the case (all of the gaskets should be checked for existence and lubrication, obviously). But this is only my experience, variation can be expected!

My proposition and how I see this scale (God I have too much time on my hand...) : This scale is to use on the principle that the user is in the wrong, the T.N.S is for the noob so it needs to include a good status in it. Here for experienced posters, we assume that they are good as a basis. This scale should contain only a progressive scale from not so bad to very bad.

#1. RAB (Rude ass bitch) - Should have thought twice before posting, you can expect a little mark on your dick shine but nothing else.

#2. Deadshit - Stupid post or comment but not that bad that you'll be facing a full on flame war, you can always blame a brain spurs

#3. Dick stain or Dick ass - Did zero research, self entitled moral rectifier, act like a petulant child when facing the forum army.

As for the name of the scale, I like the T.W.A.T.S but seems redundant with the content of the T.N.S
