Lots of deals out there so now I added 2 more possibilities.

Looking at this one as possibly my next purchase.  Can't really decide on the bezel color choice so maybe popular opinion can sway my decision.

The black is, well... plain.  Nothing exciting to look at, if I am being totally honest.  The red and blue are great colors, and very eye catching.

You can always buy a spare black insert from Steinhart, so that you can swap them out if you get bored with it later on.

The spare bezel sounds like a good plan since it is the only real difference.  I was originally thinking Pepsi but then I considered that I have  a Seiko 7002, SKX009 and the SRP021 which are all a Pepsi bezel... but wait those are Seiko not Steinhart so I am not going to let that influence my decision...yet...

As much as I like the Pepsi bezel I  voted black as I think it suits the style of the watch better.

Pepsi looks like it's trying to be something it's not. Almost abit brash. I'd go for the understated black bezel

I wouldn't describe the black as plain - more like classic.

Pepsi is also awesome.  Go with what you like.

I have the Pepsi GMT in 42mm. I love the look, but I barely wear it. Same with my SKX009. It's so much easier to wear black; it just goes with everything.

It's my out of time zone travel watch. Business travel is slow right now but will pick up big time in the new year, so probably not.

 My same initial thought!

Since the price w/delivery is actually less expensive for me if I buy from  Gnomon Watch I asked, "Can I but the opposite color bezel when I make my purchase?"  Answer: Absolutely, yes!

The next question is "Am I brave enough to do the bezel swap myself when the mood hits me?"

Still undecided.....

How hard can it be?

Easy answer,  I like both but will only buy 1.

Perhaps a coin toss!

No, I meant changing the bezel.

another simple answer, never did it so I just don't know.  That and I have carpal tunnel in both hands so that adds to the challenge

True, most likely not for me.  Fortunately I have a great watch maker close by that  has always been a big help and very nice to me. :thumbsup2:

I voted for Pepsi,  personally I'd like to get the Ocean Titanium 'Batman'. It's smaller and more expensive.

https://www.steinhartwatches.de/en/diver-watch/ocean-titanium-500-gmt-premium.html

It use to be that buying from Steinhart directly was usually close in price if not a bit less;  not no more!  660.00 euro is about $780 USD.  Gnomon has that watch for $706 USD - delivered DHL 3 Days to the U.S.!

I had set my spending limit to $550 so I will actually go over my limit but by only $10, but yes that is an eye catcher as well!
