• Implement the search engine and set up the search engine server
• Run a few tests
• Finish some last front end elements

This all maybe takes a day or two. When this is ready we'll open our doors to have you guys check it out.
Do, however, bear in mind that it'll be a beta launch. Whenever we find something that has to be fixed first we might nee to close the doors again for a short while until the job has been done. Although we're close to a finish, it's just the start of a debugging progress that might take a few weeks.

Oke, I have all the sections set up and I'm now doing the forum (section) specific permissions. I'm pulling an all nighter to get this done.  A couple of the staff will be checking sections and user permissions (I'm bound to have buggered a couple up, there are literally 1000s of them) over the next few hours just as soon as they wake up and have the time to do so. That needs to be done first to ensure security. For the same reason all the  forum specific permissions will need to be checked but as DR3M3L said it's a day or two away at the most now. 

It won't be perfect so when she's open there will be stuff to report, use the Forum Feedback section to do so please, NOT PM. 

Can someone convey this info to the guys at the exile forum, I don't have time to work out why I'm locked out over there.
