I can't seem to take blue sticker on the crown of my IWC 7 Days Portugieser V4 by ZF. Any advice?

So far I have tried rubbing it off with my thumb but it keeps tearing. There's still 70% of it remaining and for the life of me I can't get it off.  Any advice is greatly appreciated.

You can try to put some gaffa tape to it and peel it off with it...

Cocktail stick is pretty good for picking it out.

Get a blue marker and draw the 30% back on the crown so it matches.  Problem solved :D

Lol, just persevere with your nail. Scratch as hard as you want, you won't damage it; it will flake to bits, but come off in 2 min.

Turps on a cotton bud will soften the glue on the back and it should slide off. Not too much though.

Not wanting to thread hijack, but my latest buy is a PF Nautilus. Trying to resize the bracelet lady night..... jeez! It's one of those pin bracelet things. I had to buy the special tool to push the pin out, which was easy enough, but then needed to pull the pull the pin the rest of the way out with pliers! And really, really pull! Like, getting a sweat on type pulling. A couple of pins ended up bent, but I got there in the end. Madness though that it's not held together by threaded screws like Rolex et al. There are a lot of genuine Patek forums moaning about the bracelets too so it's not just an issue with the Rep. Madness!

Thanks for all the advice I will try tonight. I’m glad I’m not the only one having this problem. At one point I was scared to post about this as I thought am I that thick that I can’t even remove a sticker.

That’s very rare indeed. This is my first rep and I am surprised by how good the quality is.

Let's hope the rest of your watch is as resilient as the sticker on the crown :coffee:

I collect genuine watches but because of starting my own business recently, my finance is very tight. I can’t afford anymore genuine watches. Feel free to look at my genuine watch collection (and a few family photo) on my Instagram; tommy_ling

They are mainly Omega and Rolex.

I hope so. The movement seem clean and robust. What do you think of the watch I just procured in terms of reliability in the few years to come?

Yes they are all mine but those pieces are now sold to fund my business. I am left with 1 Patek, 1 Panerai and 2 Rolex, and the rest are Omegas.

Well once my McDonald is opened I can reveal the location and I can then give everyone here a small discount/gift. It’s entering the final stage of agreement so I am hoping in 5 months time it will be up and running. Thank you all for the advice and being kind on my first post.
