Possible charges in the US at BOTH State and Federal Level are: Trademark Counterfeiting, Theft, Fraud, Wire fraud Plus being sued for millions by Rolex (GAF - Gibney, Anthony, & Flaherty) for violating the Lanham Act So possible arrest, huge fines, jail time, prison time, loss of job, loss of house or apartment, loss of girlfriend or wife, loss of relationship with children, probation, work release, bad google search results for your name which could make it hard to get a new job, new girlfriend/wife, new apartment/house, etc. If you lose your job because you're in jail/prison, you could end up with bad credit. Also, if Rolex wins a judgment against you, it will be on your credit for 10 years. Try getting a new loan with a million dollar judgment from Rolex on your credit reports. It would also make passing a background check pretty bad. Lots of bad can come from selling a replica as a genuine. By the way... the same can apply for selling a replica as a replica although it would be highly unlikely that you would face the possible theft and fraud charges.
