Hyjynx 2 Posted February 4, 2018 My romance with microbrand bronze watches (let’s call it “bromance”) continues with a Nethuns Ocean 300. Description: NETHUNS OCEAN 300 OB322 BRONZE DIVER LIMITED EDITION OF 99 PCS CASE – BRUSHED BRONZE WITH STAINLESS STEEL CASE BACK MOVEMENT – AUTOMATIC SEIKO NH35 DIAL – 2 PIECE GREEN MALACHITE DIAL WITH APPLIED MARKERS BEZEL – FIXED BEZEL CROWN – SCREW DOWN CRYSTAL – SAPPHIRE CRYSTAL LUGS – 22MM WATER RESISTANCE – 300M STRAP – REVERSIBLE GREEN CANVAS/CAMO LEATHER WITH BRONZE TANG BUCKLE DIMENSIONS – 43.5MM X 15MM THICK NOT INCLUDING CROWN OR LUGS I’ll let the pictures do most of the talking. The Malachite dial striation is reminiscent of ocean waves. Quite appropriate for a diver. Watch comes in a beautiful 2 tier wooden box. When you receive most of your rep watches in styrofoam wrappers, a nice gen presentation box is always a treat! The watch comes with only one pair of straps, but it’s reversible. Camo leather on one side, canvas on the other. Very nice quality. The metal plaque on the box is a nice touch. This is one hell of watch with great presence on and off the wrist. I really love the industrial design. The quality is very impressive. If it reminds you of another watch, it’s probably the Gruppo Arditto GAW Numero Uno, which costs almost 4 times as much as the Nethuns Ocean 300. So yeah, this is a lot of watch for only $550.00.
