BabaNJ 38 Posted April 6, 2018 Hey dj lovers help a brother out. I am building a two tone franken and split between these two beautiful dials. First choice is the classic golden linen dial with all it's shinning texture at different angles making you constantly look at your wirst. I had already build a gen linen dial dj with raffles parts which one the mates on forum is currently enjoying. Second choice is tapestry golden dial. I want to try one of these because exactly opposite of texture changing linen dial, a tapestry dial is all about straight lines and symmetry. Also it will be something new for me. The case is gen with gen 14kbezel/crystal and gen gold crown. Right now i am thinking of using a suede brown vintage strap for it but i almost pulled trigger on gen tt 14k bracelet for it and i had to stop myself lol. So what you guys think? Also feel free to post your pics if you happen to own any of these beauties. Update.. I decided to go with tapestry dial and save the linen dial for future build. B I haven't mounted the bezel on the case yet just took pictures with it sitting on top. It's a 14k dj bezel, fit like a glove on gen crystal. Case is a 16014 1978 serial i think. All gen except hands and even movement is a gen tissot eta 2824. Now i know why these tapestry dial are so famous.
