Beginner Question on 15400 winding

Recommended Posts

Hi All,

Apologies if this is a very amateurish question, have a 15400 on the way from intime. Just reading around on how to best take care f the watch and will look to get it serviced.

Seeing as this is my first non quartz watch, how do you wind it?

I mean, you unscrew the crown then use it to change time/date but how does the 15400 get wound the first time?

Sorry again for noobish question

To wind it, unscrew the crown. you will then be in the winding position, to wind the watch turn the crown clockwise, do it 10-20 times and you're gtg

To adjust date, unscrew crown and pull it once, to adjust time pull it twice
