Christoffer88 0 Posted April 18, 2018 Dear forum,I am considering to acquire an IWC 807/808-AD caliber 8541 in yellow gold with a roman dial in white (Picture 1). My main concern is the dial. Is this an original dial or replacement dial? I reviewed a photo found in the 1968 catalogue and the dial is distinctly different around the date display (The numeral III is showing on the watch I am considering).I have however found one watch sold with the same dial in the URL below. It states this is a 1968, which seems odd given the catalogue roman dial.here http://www.classicwatch.com/asp/howtoorder.asp?Where=(Ref%3D%27rx2742%27)&User=76&ManCode=61&Model=RoundDoes anyone know if the watch I am considering has a fully original dial? If so, what should I be willing to pay for the watch? Greatful for all response and enlightenment.Best,Christoffer
