daymeeyan 0 Posted November 27, 2012 Ordered a white ploprof (noob) from TS and it arrived within a week via EMS. While I was waiting I went to an AD to check out a gen because I never really held one so with my tiny wrists, I was worried about size. My only disappointment with the watch is the band. I've attached a picture of where it meets the case and you can tell it's not white. It's only minor as this part of the band is hidden anyways. Overall, I think it's a beautiful watch and a very nicely done rep. I'm a little worried about cutting the band to size it. Any tips? I'll leave feedback for TS in the proper section. I trust Mark and have never had issues. Not sure why he's gotten so many negative reviews lately.

When you cut the strap(little by little) you will see that the rubber is all white Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
jeffw69 0 Posted November 27, 2012 Very nice. Cutting strap and attaching is easy, just measure, then cut. I did it for my white rubber and my black rubber.

Standard box cutter ok?

Iz3fuy 0 Posted November 28, 2012 (edited) Scissors or cutter, very easy to do. Keep in mind that on the strap is written "Omega" ( 5 letters) on one side and " Ploprof" (7 letters) on the other side, so if you want to have a balanced strap you better try one piece by one and then try if everything goes smooth. Please remember also that the real watch and on the more expensive reps ( dont' know about your version) have an extension on the buckle. Here some pictures of my PloPof: I have a 7,5 wrist and ( only on this watch) the strap is very loose... Edited November 28, 2012 by Iz3fuy
daymeeyan 0 Posted November 28, 2012 I did notice the difference in letter lengths and debated whether to cut more from one side. I eventually decided to cut even. I don't think it looks uneven at all. The extension buckle does give lots of wiggle room. I have the watch wearing a little loose with the extension all the way in on my 6.5" wrist. I'm really happy with this watch. Thanks for everyone's suggestions.
