A honest question. I like Toro because of his nice wide range of products, good quality and great customer service!

I liked tc (not sure if he counts as a moder/watchmaker or TD) always replying with more info than you ask and delivered like clockwork. (pardon the pun) Wi straight to the point and have delivered on there word, quite happy with sillix too who I bought from recently - basically TD's on this site are pucka.

I have found that TDs are like girlfriends....

They will all let you down some time or another... the question is do you stick with them or move on...

The key is not to fall in to a sense of security with any of them.... ;)

They are in the most part good guys... but are business men and you always need to consider how they get the watches from the makers.... that dictates how they deal because the makers can be absolute buggers to deal with...

Many dealers have varying relationships with different makers....

What a lot of guys dont realise is that if there is a QC issue the dealers have to take it on the chin..they generally cant send the watch back to the maker..so they fix it themselves and sell it locally... etc

So if things arent going to well then attitudes can change especially if you are specific about your requirements :)

I've used Timeshops, Toro and Reg and like all 3 to be honest. If sense of humour is a deciding factor Reg is your man. Toro is at the top of my list at the moment though.

I'm growing fond of Kuvarsit, as they just seem to be faster at everything.

Reg is No: 1 in my book too.

He's witty, prompt with his replies and there's no BS.

Josh from Perfect Clones and Andrew at Trusty would be equal second.

Although I won't list a third, fourth etc.........the rest ain't half bad either.

Perfect Clones....got a defective clasp last year and asked for replacement..all it took was an email request, and within a few minutes, he agreed to send me a new clasp (for a DSSD) Shipping was painfully slow though since he used registered mail. After 6 weeks, finally received the package, and to my surprise, he sent me a new SS bracelet, saved me a lot of trouble..

you must be lucky with TORO , i paid for a PAM 104 the 22nd of April , QC pictures on the 26th and now nothing. no answer what so ever. Of course anybody can go on leave , but he should set an automatic response like " i'm out of town until ...." when someone is trying to send him an email.

to answer your question , so far the best for me was Trustytime

One of my Dealers is not a TD on any forum ;)

My favourite TD next door is Trevor. I have used Andrew who is now a TD here, but purchased from him before he was a TD here, very happy with my purchase, but later found out while his prices are usually higher than some other TD's, this accounts for his quick emails as he never has the watches in his hands.

I refuse to answer on the basis that my answer might prejudice other TD's from looking

favourably at my requests !

RIP Robert.

I have very good experience with Mary Toro and MR but if they will not take PayPal or Credit Card I will vote Perfect Clones, the WU fee from Sweden kills the business for dealers not accepting PP or CC in my opinion.
