themannier 0 Posted August 5, 2013 (edited) Today, i went to a rolex shop, just to order a gen clasp for a submariner 116610; i always thought that our rep clasp are not very well build, not very nice; it's the weak point to me ! I was thinking that that would be great to have such a nice part, and i would have it for a long time... BUT, in France, it's not possible to order a Rolex part if you don't own a Rolex; they told me that i should come to the shop with my Watch, and only the horologist should be able to change the clasp, because he is a certified horologist by Rolex blablabla..... The big surprise is that when you want you want to change the clasp on your sub, they keep the old one, you can't get back it !!!!! So the question is, where can i buy a gen clasp ?
