rickyrosey 2 Posted August 29, 2013 hey guys, this is a picture review of my panerai pam 382 also know as the bronzo. this is one of my dream watches to own as a gen so i had to have this model in my collection, however the rep is not the most accurate the dial is sparkly instead of mat and the colour of the case is to gold like, because it is ofcource gold plating. i tried modding it a little by torching it with a gas flame for several times so it will get burned a bit and after several times the black scorching part is almost impossibel to rub off without a cape cod or something similar. i think it worked out nicely, what do you think? it wears really comfortable for a bigger style watch and it looks really amazing and it is something you dont see every day. i hope you enjoyed, now on to the pictures,

Drkitch109 0 Posted August 29, 2013 Looks decent. I absolutely love this watch. Just wish they would make a true bronze version rather than a gold plated version. Maybe we can get KW to put something out there

Jray84 0 Posted February 21, 2014 I would wear that as well. I agree that the gold is just too gold. Looks like 100 year old passed down watch. Very nice.
blueradish 130 Posted February 21, 2014 You did a good job aging it. HOw about a light coat of matte lacquer on the dial to eliminate the sheen?
mattstone83 0 Posted February 21, 2014 Dislike the strap choice and SS caseback, however I would still buy this in a heartbeat, great work on the aging. Think a nice aged asso might suit it more. Very nice watch all in all Enjoy!

mysterio 18 Posted March 15, 2014 I don't know, if I got the PAM382, I probably would not let it get that patina. Just looks grimy to me.
dannyw 0 Posted March 15, 2014 Like it, but may not where it.. for display only
c888 0 Posted March 15, 2014 It's cool how you gave it the aged look, but shouldn't it have more a patina green?
Bash64 17 Posted March 15, 2014 I like the aged look on this one. Better than the original gold finish I think. There have been lots of comments on the SS caseback. Most bronze watches have them as the bronze can react with your skin and more than a few people have a sensitivity.
mysterio 18 Posted March 15, 2014 It's cool how you gave it the aged look, but shouldn't it have more a patina green? Since it's not real bronze, then it can't develop the greenish hue of real patina.

Ah IC. that's why he gave it that burned aged look. Looks good.
ATEspo 0 Posted March 17, 2014 Looks like the price is up, and PT says they will be shipping in 4 days! I am very excited, although the price is a little steep, I was expecting a 389-like price, but oh well. I am going to wait for the final photos to place an order, I just wish Kuvarsit beat PT to the 382 offering. http://pureti.me/product/pre-order-pam382-n-bronzo-zf-11-best-edition-on-brown-distressed-calfskin-strap-p9000-free-strap/
