Great video. What are those plastic sheets he uses to protect the dial/remove the hands? I tried looking at supply house websites but didn't see anything like it... Not sure I'm using the right search terms.

Woaw, what a skilled fellow - I really enjoyed that video. (Ofcourse, being fairly new to this hobby with no knowledge regarding the inside of a watch - i panicked each time he removed a part: "NO, NOOO! PUT IT BACK NOW!") haha

 

Is there any "Watch-Bible" out there which goes through each part of a wristwatch? Their names, their function(s) etc?
