Left Coast Guy 24 Posted November 21, 2014 That angle ain't going to cut it bud. At a minimum we're going to need a close-up shot of the balance wheel. Looks like a 21J so far....
J.Eric 693 Posted November 21, 2014 Definately some kind of 21j DG movement.

BC1221 44 Posted November 21, 2014 easier to just replace it with a new movement. $30 bucks should get you a brand new one.
Adamf 0 Posted November 21, 2014 So is the movement the most expensive part of the watch as the strap/ case etc are excellent quality

D_Chico 0 Posted November 21, 2014 That's actually the NN 2813..made by Nannang..its the same as the DG 2813 made by Dixmont Guangzhou as far as parts, size, and beat go but the original DG 2813 is actually 22 jewels and a little bit more solid than the NN Both movements are the same set up so its a direct swap with whichever one you buy to replace that.. Just figured I'd drop some knowledge on you guys! Good luck with everything bud!

RichardMiami 4 Posted November 21, 2014 Adam There are several watchsmiths on our TD list here -->> http://www.rwg.bz/board/index.php?showtopic=60 However, as you can imagine, they are VERY busy guys and may not be able to help you right away. In addition, there are several guys on the Forum who say that they fix watches. However, since they are not TDs, you are on your own with that. The Moderators (a group of VERY good looking and intelligent guys), will not back you up should things go wrong. Your third choice is to look around your home area, and start up a relationship with a local watchsmith. Do NOT go to an authorized Rolex dealer... they will not lock you up, but they will be insulted and probably just tell you no. A waste of time. Find an independent to work with. However, many independents will not work on Chinese movements, so you may need to try a few places. Be patient. No more "howevers" -- the next move is yours!
