.....for one of you not buying George's 1675 before me!!!!!

This was not how my 2015 was supposed to start!

Received this morning and popped my Gen jubilee on it that I picked up from Markrfc a little while back. I don't envisage wanting to wear another watch so a further clear out could be on the horizon!

Enjoy.........

Well done that man!

I've wanted a 1675 for ages but the timing sucked for me....

Congrats again :D

Uhm, is it only me to have a specific dislike to the "used look" watches? (actually to the "used look whatever": I tend to keep my stuff as "mint" as I can).

Nice piece PD, but I can't really stand the faded bezel, the scratched bracelet etc...

Awesome piece! IMHO the gen worn & stretched out jubilee matches the aged dial look perfectly.

This should get me to finish my GMT 1675 :)

So far I have :-

Swapped GMT parts onto a ETA 2846 Low beat movement - like gen.

Re-lumed dial and hands with some Watchlume.net vintage lume

Fixed GMT to midnight (so you have to use bezel) like gen.

Reshaped the Crown guards to be pointed and sanded case

Polish case with Green Rouge and polishing wheel

Fit a Clarks Plexi Glass with UV glue to make watch waterproof

Fit Clarks bezel assembly after very slightly fading the bezel insert.

Definitely a must have Rolex rep and of course the hand stack is correct on this model!!
