So, bought a Rolex for the wife, had some issues :( getting taken care of but will take time.

The Chanel J12 is not a bad option. No Super Rep, but good value. Got one for my gf from Fat Panda

Not a big fan of the fake diamond look, have not seen many watches that can pull that off well.

Chanel J12 in white and quartz and don´t get the cheapest option.

For Ladies always consider getting a nice wooden box with see-through glass from Amazon to give and keep it in, not just the watch.

Ladies Audemars, expensive for quartz but very good.

Cartier Ballon Bleu

Omega deVille Ladymatic

I agree on the Omega DeVille. Bought one for around $80 from Robbie at Aoo and it's stunning (21j with nice display case back)

Chanel J12 quartz is also a good choice. I bought one from a TD for $168 and another from Aliexpress for $40 - the Ali watch was better!

panerai on women looks great. The size versus the thin wrists make some good look.

While some women nowadays like to wear men's watches, There are some classicly feminine watches that are well repped...

Cartier:

Cartier started as a jeweler who started making high fashion watches for ladies and can also claim the first aviation watch to their fame, as well as the first men's wristwatch with lugs as part of the case design, amongst many other achievements. You should look at the Tank. Ballon Bleu, and the Pasha (not sure if there is a good rep of the Pasha, but it would be worth looking into)

Chopard:

While I can't attest for the quality of the reps, every time I show a lady friend of mine the Chopard women's catalogue, they go all feral.

Chanel:

The white ceramic Chanel watch was HUGE when i first came out, and the rep is pretty good from what I hear.

Depends if she likes a round or square watch.

I think the Cartier Santos looks fantastic on a lady, as well as some Pams. Especially white dial Pams.

I've been looking for a ladies watch recently...best ones I've seen so far are:

Chanel J12

Cartier Santos Medium

Omega DeVille

Rolex Datejust 36mm I think...

Will update with pics if I find anything good enough to pick up...

You don't mention size, these are 28X32 but there are other sizes. It is well repped. Auto on L, quartz on R.

If you want shinier finish, look at quartz Patek Twenty4.

Dress or casual? Tag F1 chrono from trusty is a great watch. (Other dealers carry it as well) White or black very close to gen. Even the one with diamonds around bezel isn't bad. I'd stick to diamond markers under crystal though. It's quartz, pretty bullet proof full functioning chrono. Dress...Cartier ballon DE Bleu Auto 36mm from Toro is an other fine piece. The bracelet feels a little light but I have not held the Gen so who knows. As others have said the Tank is a good option.
