novan98 0 Posted September 19, 2013 In Sept 18th 2013, i try to buy a rep watch from a website which is listed in the 'RWG trusted dealer' page. I clicked the link directly from the page. I chose www.tswatchltd.com,because they provide payment methode using credit card, then picked : "OM14223 - Seamaster 007 50th Anni Ceramic 42mm Swiss ETA 2824" for $328 + $20 for shipping using EMS. Than i proceed to checkout, it turned out that my payment was failed (the form page to fill my credit card info didn't even showed up). But i received an email of my Order: #00hJ12131 . So i contacted them from the link they provide. A reply email came from username :timeshops.net ; email address : [email protected] --------------------------------------- The mail said : Hello, dear, cos for the safety problem, we use the third website to get the payment .when you pay for it we will send you message to teach you how to pay .just follow the step. Thanks. Have a Nice Day! Best Regards MAGGY New Sales Email:[email protected] http://www.timeshops.net/ ---------------------------------------- So i waited...... But the instruction message didn't showed up (i also checked my spam folder). So i took action (turned out to be a stupid thing to do). Do you notice at the bottom of maggy's email written 'New Sales' .i thought maybe the www.tswatchltd.com temporarily had a problem with payment, so i clicked http://www.timeshops.net/, i repeated the process all over again, buy the same watch again. And a confirmation email of my order was sent to me from username :timeshops.net ; email : [email protected] (pay attention!! the email was different, should i notice this earlier maybe i wouldn't got scammed).i get my Order number: #00SY7362. Another oddity showed up, the order number from the website order history was #01SY7362, but in the confirmation email was #00SY736 (i didn't notice it either). That time the payment using my visa was a success. A form page came up, so i filled it in. Another email came into my inbox from : [email protected] ---------------------------------------- The system e-mail,Please do not reply Dear [email protected] , This is an automated email to confirm that you have made a payment to " timeshops.net " on 09/18/2013 10:28:19 GMT and your transaction amount is 348.0 USD. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as payment to 'mylessophia PVT'. Order details: Merchant Order No. : T00SY7362 Order No. : 25931391818281985549 Payment Date&Time : 09/18/2013 10:28:19 GMT Amount : 348.0 USD If you have any disputes about this transaction, please feel free to complain on http://www.sitecomplaint.com in time. ---------------------------------------- Who the hell is 'mylessophia PVT'???? And this time also pay attention to the merchant order number, it was different in detail with the order number from website order history and confirmation email. So went googling for sitecomplaint.com it's a SCAM?!!!! So finally i came to reality that i was SCAMMED!!!! I hope i was wrong though. So did anyone ever had the same experience? Any comment from tswatchltd.com forum admin??? Can somebody help clear this issue? Am i wrong?

LightGeek 25 Posted September 19, 2013 Sounds fine to me so far. If you read, you'll see they used to to business via timeshops.net and timesshop.net. Someone that's more awake than I am now will probably chime in with a better explanation.
jjm4a2 0 Posted September 19, 2013 I've get the email all the time from them when you add something to your cart. It automatically gets sent to you. It doesn't mean you actually paid for the watch already. Your bank statement isn't going to say fake watch from website on it either.

ipadilla 0 Posted September 19, 2013 (edited) I got an e-mail confirming my purchase thru www.tswatchltd.com but the same e-mail stated that the watched I ordered was not in stock. I asked for a refund and their reply just instructed me to pick another watch. Every time a picked another watch (three times) I received a reply saying that the watch was not available. This went on for three weeks. Needless to say that the watch I got was not the watch that I wanted since it was my fourth pick after being told that each of my prior three choices were out of stock even though their website showed every single item as available. It should be noted that (i) each time I got an out of stock reply, they updated their website to also show that the item was out of stock and (ii) while item I got was not my 1st, 2nd or 3rd choice, the item was received in good condition (so no QC problems). Wriggles 12 Posted September 19, 2013 You bought from a TD and thought you were scammed?? Seriously, are you now going to blame the forum for scamming you? You join two days ago, jump in feet and head first without reading and learning about the processes, then claim scam? Read up and learn I'd also say remove your personal email from your post or the fuzz may come knocking :heli:

Martinjogs 0 Posted September 19, 2013 While I am reasonably sure this is a case of nerves from a newbie and a nice watch delivered will be the outcome, I have had a bad cc experience using their site, ended up cancelling cards etc, no blame attached to TS. Their process is difficult in comparison with other TDs and bears no relation to what the newbie expects from a cc transaction, hence they get freaked out. elp 26 Posted September 19, 2013 Hey Novan, I know it can be scary first time round, and yes, it's not the same as buying through Amazon... so, step 1 - don't panic step 2 - read the Noobs 101 thread (http://www.rwg.bz/board/index.php?showtopic=7456) step 3 - email the TD, confirm the payment went through, make sure expectations are aligned - when can they confirm stock, expect to send QC pics, etc. Remember, this is likely a small operation, they don't have 24/7 customer support, be patient! step 4 - please give the board some feedback - that's how/why the TDs are Trusted - there's feedback forums for each one...and the board members are very forthright! step 5 - Post some wrist shots of your 007 Seamaster when it arrives in a few weeks time. Hope this helps

markeym3 2 Posted September 19, 2013 Hmmm yes nice first post indeed. ..should be ok .. but as said many times here .. just read upa little first . Some new members often ask who is the best dealer to use as a first purchase. ..although all the TD's are first class on here some are a little more "user friendly" than others. If you feel you are getting sharp replies here its because we see this type of first post many times .. Welcome ..and enjoy RWG
