Kleen™ 45 Posted April 1, 2017 Although there is absolutely nothing about he RMs that speak to me, it is quite refreshing to see and read a well-worded review about something other than 'the newest sub....or [insert]', so on that note I find this really interesting. Good job, DC.
kirbytherat 0 Posted April 2, 2017 Looks super interesting and I've been looking for a skeleton movement... Does anything on the skeleton movement move?
Ricjamesf99 0 Posted April 2, 2017 I've always been drawn to skeleton watches. This one looks great. My wish list is getting rather large.
purger72 0 Posted April 2, 2017 So, for 800Gs you get a velcro strap........ Pretty much! If I'm honest though it's one of my favourite things about the watch. Firstly its supremely comfortable, considering RMs aren't exactly shrinking violets I actually forgot I had it on yesterday it's that comfortable. But secondly you get none of the draw backs of a bracelet or pin buckle strap, which are invariable either too big on one setting or too small on the next, with a velcro strap you get infinite adjustability so you can get it just right... this would be Goldilocks choice of strap for sure!! DC Also that 800Gs is going to the tourbillion and gear movement that is really interesting. Plus the name of course. Its mor like 1g to the gears, strap, case and Tourbillon and rest 799g's to the RM name....makes me lough.. As far as sporty looking watch, yea it looks fine, serves the sport activity purpose. Considering the price of the rep it is great buy to. I doubt that Nadal or his uncle Tony actualy would waste their money if they had to purchased their RM watches.... I'm not rich and no sponsor gives me $800,000.00 watches for free. So I've ordered mine from WatchFinder. I can hardly wait!
Godfathar 1 Posted April 4, 2017 Congrats mate.. just found this thread,, I wish there was a section for it to make it easier to find.. it ticks most of my boxes for a summer watch.. only thing I want to ask, does the fake Tourby at least move? or it sits there?
_DC_ 218 Posted April 4, 2017 ^^^It just sits there, but I'm always far too busy looking at the case, and the bright orange strap, and the shiny arched bridges, I never really notice that all the movement gubbins is faux!! It's a stunning watch, perfect proportions and feels lovely and lightweight but in a high quality way, I absolutely bloody love it! DC

I agree, and I think it also contributes to DC's comment that Richard Mille doesn't get as much love here as it does next door. RM should break out from "Other brands" and be enjoyed more, I mean yeah they are not as gen like as other reps here, but boy are thy are a bit of fun! _DC_ 218 Posted April 11, 2017 I think this year could be a good year for RM reps too, hopefully rep factories will push the envelope a little!! DC
phone 0 Posted April 11, 2017 I think this year could be a good year for RM reps too, hopefully rep factories will push the envelope a little!! DC RM27 is probably my favorite right now, then the RM11 will come out soon, and the new RM35 just came out as well. My god it's going to be good.

joegut 0 Posted May 12, 2017 There is a long way to make it a real good rep, but sure looks great enough to enjoy it. Thanks for the update!!
mysterio 18 Posted May 13, 2017 Very nice review mate even though I'm afraid that color combo is too much for me. Great to know the factories are doing other watches justice by coming out with very well made reps.
SuperLory 59 Posted May 18, 2017 Fantastic review. i did a simpler photo comparison on next door forum i agree with your statement: this is the only RM so far which is readily wearable under any circumstance. Color combo might be funky but it's not odd (like the 35-02 McDonald for instance) For me it's a game changer, I can't wear my RM35-01 any more. It feels huge

robbyc123 0 Posted July 16, 2017 Looking at earlier posts it looks like you may have bought it from TSWatch which is no longer a TD. Is the same watch on Trusty or any other TD?
