Monkey_Business 0 Posted August 23, 2016 Welcome! Nice of you to drop by! I'm going to leave a few words, and a small heap of pictures below. This is my newly acquired dress-watch. Will probably not have as much arm-time as deserved, but I'm saving it for special occasions Compared to the genuine one, I can't really see any differences other than the flying tourbillon itself - Which obviously is a big difference. (Different bridge and details) I asked Josh about it, and he claims this is a Seagull movement - Now, I see that Seagull prices their watches quite heavily, so I'm expecting some level of quality here. Especially since the watch was just below 700$. I had it taken to a watchmaker to adjust the leather strap - The person behind the desk was obviously not the most tought employee, as she mistook it for a genuine one. All in all, I love it. I have been waiting a long time to buy a dress watch, because I did'nt really know what I wanted - when I saw the tourbillon, I did..! Can't really tell you anything about reliability - I will let you know if something happens!

Monkey_Business 0 Posted August 28, 2016 Thanks for your kind words! After some use (I know, I said "dress watch" but I have been cheating) I've noticed it has a crazy power reserve. Most of my reps does not run for more than a day in the watch box after usage - This lasts a mere weekend without usage

Monkey_Business 0 Posted September 11, 2016 I asked Josh what movement was in it, and he briefly stated it was a "Asian Flying Man Tourbillon made by Seagull". That got me thinking, and after some research I THINK it might be a modified TianJin ST8000 movement (Modified from handwound to automatic).. Any thoughts on this? Everything looks bloody similar (Gear placements, sizes etc.). The only differences I see through the caseback is the backplate of the movement itself, with the auto-winding mechanism. I'll throw in a few pics. Use this for repherence: (Stolen from BigDee62: http://www.rwg.bz/board/index.php?showtopic=36615)

Monkey_Business 0 Posted January 17, 2017 A few months in now, and it still beats like a train. Some watches start to feel "flimsy" after some time, but this is going strong. Love the flying tourbillon!
