With the bezel off you may be able to pop it if not you'll have to decase the movement and push out from the inside

Have you got a crystal press for fitting the new one?

no are they the same as the things selling on amazon for pressing snap backs on watches?

You will need to take the movement out and use a crystal press to remove and install the new one.

not too confident off taking the movement out and getting it back in proper but have ordered press and already got the crystal so will have a look and see if I can do it .

not sure how seikos plexi glass would sand and these are pretty deep holes they were burnt in from sparks off a welding gun!

cant seem to find the correct seals/gaskets on ebay and does the crystal have a seal ?

thanks guys

this is ending up costing as much as a new one from creation :throwingmoney:

The crystal does have a plastic gasket and it is part number 86600630. The crown and stem likewise have a gasket and that is part number EZ0140B0A.

Your bezel also has a gasket part number 0G345BA11. Seiko unfortunately do not list a gasket for the caseback.

HTH

Edit: A quick search on the bay shows that the caseback gasket appears to be 0C3060B0A and that gasket is used on a number of watches other than the 7S26-0020. E.g. 8F35-00A0, 7S35-00B0, 7S25-00D0, 4R15-00D0 just to name a few.

Hey Spike, only came across this thread now.

Did you get your crown and stem sorted?

Is the Bezel turning or still not?

Still losing time?

You have done some good work on this watch.
