Nice pics,

I have one in Black

Only thing that bothers me, is that the watch is very heavy on the wrist

500 gr. or 1.1 pounds

Hmm? It's only measuring 168g for me, and I'm sure two links off aren't 332g...

I have a gen.

see here specs:

http://www.amazon.co...e/dp/B005EWP5KY

but I have seen a rep that's is about the same weight as mine

I can't see the difference between my gen and the rep.

I do not know from which factory the rep comes

That doesn't sound right. I'm looking and the gen is spec'd at 176g...

Anyway, when i was in the shop to buy it, it didn't feel that heavy

Later on the day, when I had it on for a bit of time, it becale vary heavy on the wrist

Yeah I know eh! That's why you never want to scrutinize your rep to that level.

I bought one of these for a friend, who loved it so much he bought the gen. Side by side it is difficult to tell which is gen and which is rep.

Congratulations.

It quite a beefy watch. Even the links are huge...

I would guess that the weight quoted is the shipping weight, including box, manual, papers etc and packaging. Even without the outer packaging, my Santos comes in at 1.9lb.

Damn that watch is stunning. Even though its 42mm w/o crown, Im guessing it wears much larger?
