New to watches and lots to learn

nice forum packed full of information.

 

let me introduce myself. got into watches not by choice originally, but out of necessity. Started a new job that involves me having to keep a tight track of time. so i got my self the Seiko SND255P1.

 

Fast forward two years wearing the same watch on a daily basis now. i wanted a different watch, one with a white dial.

So after weeks of looking for a white dialed watch, i saw the Rolex explorer II. which is way out of my comfort zone (price wise) to wear and be banged around. Which means if i buy it, i will not be wearing it much.

that's when i saw this site linked in another watch site and now i have plenty of reading to do.

Welcome aboard! The watch you are interested in is very well made by the factories and readily available by our trusted dealers. Best advice, spend some time researching before you buy, but it sounds like you are already on that track.
