What a difference a strap made (BR123 on Austin cordovan leather)

For some time I was slowly getting towards selling my BR 123 here in M2M section. It did not have almost any wristtime but is a lovely watch so I wanted to make someone else happy. My GF however likes the watch so much that she persuaded me to try the Austin cordovan leather strap. And I have to tell you, the watch rocketed sky high and is now for a week my daily beater. I am attaching some pics of course, thouhg just a quick phone snapshots.

First, the original watch on the mediocre black rubber strap:

And now the new strap:

Looks great on the new strap but I still love mine on the rubber.

Good to renew the interest by switching straps and bracelets around, I do it often.

Another one which sits high up on my wish list.

I think this will be my next purchase. Looks great on that new strap too.

Sometimes, we don't always see how good a watch is, until it's wearing the right shoes. I like to have options (rubber, bracelet, leather, etc).

Enjoy it!

I think it looks great! Strap looks awsome. Very complimentary of the colors in the dial...

I have a B & R 123 Sport Heritage on order and a few straps to go with it. Hopefully they both wind up with me about the same time.I i will post pics when I get both watch and straps
