Timewalker Size comparison with other watches

Recommended Posts

Mirage

I meant to do this for ever! Finally did it. So here it is guys, a size comparison between the Montblanc Timewalker and the following watches :

- PAM 111 (44mm)

- IWC 3777 (43mm)

- IWC 3714 (40mm)

- IWC 3799 (46mm)

- IWC 5004-02 (47mm)

Just for reference, my wrist is 7.5 inches.

Sweet!

Shows how much bigger a white dial and slim bezel appears / wears, despite being a slimmer overall diameter.

The feeling on the wrist is similar to a PAM 44mm size wise. It is a bit lighter though.

Great thread and photos Mirage.

The wristies are always the best to get an idea and see how a watch wears.

IWC strap combo looks amazing! :cheerleader2:

The Timewalker looks great. It's new for me to explore the Mont Blanc, thank you.

I have reps of the 3777 (43 mm), a 3789 Top Gun (44mm) - the single chronograph - and two 3714 Portuguese (41mm over the overhanging bezel). Our tastes are not so different.

Of my watches on the wrist, the 3777 easily looks the biggest and the 3789 Top Gun easily the smallest.

Is the 3799 Doppel bigger than the 3789? I have a cheapy 3799 which is 46 mm but I had assumed it might be just the wrong size case because it was a cheapy. Yours looks like a decent rep so maybe the doppel is simply bigger than the 3789?

Thanks again for the post, really interesting.

Thank you guys for the comments and sorry for getting your wish lists longer.

The Ceramic Dopple chrono top gun with A7750 is 46mm ;) just the perfect size considering its black and that black things usually look smaller ..... (hummm that one sounds weird...)

Great comparisons really like the white face.

I have the Carbon and it's currently my favourite in my collection.....

So far I would say I have been very Lucky! My 3714-31 is still working great after a year and a half. I just upgraded it with a fantastic AR from Sunnydale.
