manfredzaturek 0 Posted December 27, 2016 (edited) I was looking for a replacement strap for my Big Pilot because the original nylon strap is marginal in terms of quality and looks. So after a lot of research I decided on buying from Strapcode. And it was a good choice. Very smooth and very easy, I highly recommend their service. Description of the strap: This aftermarket IWC watch strap was designed to fit Big Pilot deployant buckle. Featuring two silver toned stainless steel rivets where the band meets the case. Made from HORWEEN USA lizard emboss calf leather for extended durability. Embossed lizard grain pattern calfskin which looks like the real thing but only cost in a calf leather watch strap. Strap thickness over 5mm near the watch case and slim down more than a half to fit in the original IWC Big Pilot Clasp. Item no. : 22B18ZZZ00L3A54 Brand Name : MiLTAT Lug width : 22mm Buckle size : 18mm Buckle Include : NO Buckle type / Finish : ( This watch strap is designed to be used with original IWC Big Pilot Deployant clasp) Overall Length : 55mm + 135mm Thickness : 6.0mm - 2.5mm Spring bar hole dia. : 1.78mm Design to fit : Original IWC Big Pilot Watches Material : HORWEEN USA lizard emboss calf leather Color / Finish : Matte Black Stitches color : Black Lining material : Calfskin Ref. Buckle : NIL And here are the pics. You can see how crappy the original nylon is. The new one looks and feels great. Tomorrow I'll get it replaced. Now I'll just have to wait for my new TAG Heuer Monaco and my first PAM to arrive. Oh no, not again, not another watch... How imbecile I am!
