Superwatch57 0 Posted April 1, 2017 So I bought a Miyota BP v2 Nautilus 5711 blue dial, it hasn't arrived yet, the lume on the hands is thinner than other ones I've seen. It has a decorated bridge, and the dial print is in the correct position however is very thin, not horrible just thin. The calatrava cross on the clasp is centered and straight. Is this a v1 or v2 BP?
Gmtaddict 1 Posted April 1, 2017 Thin hands = V1, decorated miyota = V2. Strange indeed....
Superwatch57 0 Posted April 1, 2017 Right but its got a decorated bridge and thin hands. Watch face and lettering are consistant with a BP v2 so I am confused.

_DC_ 218 Posted April 3, 2017 There is a new version coming soon with new slim movement that could be very interesting, but if you can't wait for that I'd still recommend the V1 with undecorated miyota as it's got correct end links and is nice and thin, they did correct the hands so they don't all have the wrong skinny hands on!! Still the best IMO mainly due to the thickness! DC

DC That, and the fact it's no longer available. I don't care for the watch, I just want the blue dial so I can put it in the BP v1, like I already did with the white dial... I didn't care for the V2, the extra thickness actually made it uncomfortable for me to wear.

DeepC 0 Posted June 8, 2018 Man, looks like I made a mistake! I just pulled the trigger on this http://kuvarsit01.com/1-1-patek-philippe-nautilus-5711-blue-dial-v4-mk-best-edition.-a324/ After looking closely at the pictures I noticed the end link symbol was smaller than the gen. Anyone ever buy this particular one?
