Aside from the pusher in the first photo and the fact that you are running the chronograph in the second, what the fuck are we looking at

Edit - more explanation might help, are you trying to show us that the hands don't reset properly?

A good set of tiny screwdrivers is a must for the discerning replica buyer... screws will come loose, fall off, need re-thightning every once in a while.

Now, i' in the office and eventhough I'm wearing an AP today, it's not a chronograph with pushers (I need to check my other APs at home...) but if the pusher is flat to the case. I Think you could've fixed that yourself... the stem is threaded, add a tiny bit of superglue to the last threads, some on the backside of the "pusher-case". I Think it might have worked... saves you the trouble of sending the piece back and forth, and stumbling across on further issues (mis-aligned chronograph).

As a sidenote, i stripped some tiny, tiny screws on my AP Michael Schumacher (on the intricate "casing" on the Crown - Yeah, for those who don't know, the Crown is not a solid piece, the "ribbed" casing is held on to the Crown/stem by 5-6 tiny tiny screws, mine came loose whilst setting time and date...)... what to do?? I simply aligned some (not all) screws back into their holes on the backside (fiddly business!), a bit of superglue (careful not to use too much, or get "overspill"). Pushed the "casing" onto the Crown. hey Presto! Worked like a treat... McGyver style...

they are replicas...

Good Luck!

My wife gives me the greatest advice.

Honey, just put your AP into our aquarium,i am sure it will be fine with that, and when we are in better condition i will let you buy the real AP as your wish,by now just ignore your watch hobby. Will you?

Then i say yes, that sound good.

The 7750 strikes again

A7750 you mean, if someone wanted to upgrade to the Valjoux i had probably the cheapest working one out there, but now that i don't go spend $400 on a new one if you feel like replacing a questionable A7750

MODIFIED A7750 you both mean! The standard 7750 is not as bad as it's often described...

This thread's title greatly exaggerates the issue found by the OP. This is a case of bad luck, no more, no less. I know it sucks when it happens - and the more annoying the less watches you own - but sometimes it happens. And I would not dump the wach into the fish tank; sell it for parts (I would be interested, by the way!) and then buy another watch.

I have never had any issues with the 7750 movement , always had a feeling though that if you like the watch get it serviced so it is all lubed up and working correctly.

As far as the pusher goes , I would have asked on here first and repaired it myself as mentioned it is not so bad to do.

AP's are expensive reps tread carefully before buying , read a few reviews in the dedicated section first to avoid any pitfalls.

But yes don't drop it in the tank , sell it here in the M2M section someone can make good use of it.

Goodness. So the dude buys a watch from toro and the chrono button falls out. He sends it back to be fixed, only to receive back a watch with all the chrono hands out of whack. But it's just his bad luck? Hysterical. As long as it's not yours, right?

Gotta love the nonsensical dealer defense sometimes on this forum.

Oh fuck off. Once you've been around here longer than a couple of months, you'll find more often than not that you're average noob is less than capable when it comes to owning a mechanical watch, so members tend to defer to the Dealers who we bought thousands of watches from for years.

Its a shame the chrono pusher popped off, but (a) it happens, and (b) is a very easy fix that doesn't require a trip to China -- at most it would be a $50 repair trip. Next, its not clear from the OP's post how the chrono hand got out of place -- did it look like that when he opened the watch from China? Or was he playing with the chrono and he reset it from a dangerous position (i.e read the user tips for a 7750 beforehand!!!) which cause the hand to come loose? More often than not its the latter vs the former with noobs.....does that suck regardless? Of course, is it really a critique on Toro? Probably not.
