Hello,

Just got a zf 1312 and was changing the horrendous rep strap out when the quick release thing fell out.....is it fixable or is there a solution

Same thing happened to mine - what I do now is get the pin in, roll up a small bit of tin foil and push it into the hole and pack it down with a small screwdriver.

Sounds Heath Robinson but it works !!!!

Good idea with the foil, worth thinking about.......panerai spring bars? Googling them now

Those things often break - even the gens. PAM springbars are probably the easiest solution.

Consider spring bars for both sides.

If it happened @12, it could happen @6 but when it does, you will probably have the watch fall off the wrist over rocks.
