Phantomtech 4 Posted May 12, 2016 There are plenty of reviews available on these models so I won't bore you with the repetitive details. Let me just say this: Most of you have seen the similar thread I made with the TF versions, but I have since sold those in favor of the JF releases. The JF 15400 is in a different league than the wonky TF versions. The bezel screws are spot on, the endlinks line up perfectly and everything just looks more fitted and perfect. I swapped the stock crystals for Prof double AR crystals since I am addicted to them and in my opinion (arguably) it is necessary for every AP. Jacob is my only guy I choose for straps and I now own close to 20 of his creations. I have tried all the other makers out there and in my opinion no one even comes close to his quality and craftsmanship. I own some gen straps as well but I prefer his, they are just better shades and feel much firmer on the wrist. His hides and his fitment is absolutely perfect. He did tell me though that making these straps for the JF endlinks was the hardest job he ever did and he will not take orders for this model again since it was too much work and not worth it for the money compared to his time and efforts invested. Any concerns on how the plating will hold up? Obviously not too often, but I try to fit these into a regular rotation since they are stunning. Never had major problems with the plating.
