Phantomtech 4 Posted October 31, 2016 I love these two watches, from the beautiful dials to the combination of brushed and polished surfaces. As I understand it, the VC isn't a Genta design even though there were rumors of it but I definitely see the influence. Are these two watches different enough that I can justify keeping both? I am trying to purge my collection of all unnecessary watches that are either too similar or just not used. Everytime I consider listing the VC I wear it for a bit and then just cannot part with it! Tikwatejnu 0 Posted November 6, 2016 The VC is a watch with it's own right to exist! I find it exciting to see a VC on someone's wrist, while seeing a AP 15400 has become more of a buisness as usual. Maybe it's Düsseldorf where people seem to be fashion and luxury oriented, but the AP is just not exclusive enough anymore! Please don't misunderstand me, I do love my APs in their amazing golden glory, but if compared with the VC, the VC is just that much more exclusive for my eye. Keep both and wear them in good health! bearlowry 0 Posted November 14, 2016 VC is a much more exclusive brand imo, & these really are quite different approaches to a SS, black dial, date complication, black strap watch. Other than these attributes they're significantly different animals.
