Spacemanps 0 Posted February 4, 2014 Go with a nice wooden tea box. It's great to start with and not expensive Any suggestions on where a quality one would be? I looked on amazon and was kind of disapointed in the quality
stupotseventyeight 0 Posted February 4, 2014 If your in the uk have a look at the last link on the trusted dealer list.... Great selection and price and fast delivery. I found the descriptions really useful to get one suitable for a few large pieces in my collection. Like you I'd been looking on eBay and Amazon. The answer was right under my nose... Monty010 1 Posted February 4, 2014 Depends on where you from. In the UK the lidl has them a couple times a year. Or just google stores around your place. I got two plain wooden ones here and did some varnishing myself was pretty Funn. Not perfect but it's my own box

mrtsumoto80 0 Posted February 4, 2014 I have to get one as well, thing is They will charge me a fortune to send it to my country so I would have to improvise or get one next time I go out of the country. Anyway in the U.S. you have a pletora of options and as Stupot78 mentioned right here on our TD's you have great options.
Turbo350z 0 Posted February 4, 2014 I'm looking for one similar to this Rainer watch box. But without the 170$ price tag. Love how there is a nice half inch divider in between each watch slot. Anyone have a good alternative for us conus people?
Pseudonym 0 Posted February 4, 2014 Rainer boxes are pure quality dude... I'm a bit of a tight arse so I took to eBay to find a bargain... I bought mine from a German mob called Ferocase. I have a catalogue I can send if you so wish. I bought one of the ex demo boxes (like new) for a reasonable price considering. Quality is great, motors are silent, and pockets fit 2 AP ROO side by side easily. Capacity of the box holds 40 watches
slask111 0 Posted February 4, 2014 ±1 on the rainer box. It's pure quality, i Love mine, well worth the money.
Kleen™ 45 Posted February 4, 2014 Nothing beats the Rainer - unless you make it yorself from scratch, which I'm sure would be the cheaper option. I can't be bothered to do so, tho'...

Kcore 0 Posted February 5, 2014 Call me a non-believer in my fellow man. Call me paranoid which has kept me out of harms way a good many years but my watches will never be stored and displayed where a thief can simply drop the entire collection into the pillow case off my bed and walk away - NO SIR! Of course this one isn't mine but it's similar
scorpion 0 Posted February 5, 2014 i started with a wooded 10 watch box but soon outgrew it and now have a 18 watch aluminium briefcase type - not elegant but light, practical and modern. I tend to rotate watches daily so it gets plenty of use............
