Deep Blue - 300m diver - auto for $150

Recommended Posts

http://www.deepbluew...ma10audibl.html

use code FORTY on checkout for a further 40% discount bringing it down to $149

Note that their description of 1000m diver is incorrect, it is 1000 feet

Nice looking watch for the money. Quality is impeccable in my experience.

Yea tell me about it, If I was still in Melbourne I'd snatch one no questions but it's not much of a saving after shipping costs and VAT to europe I'm an Idiot they are mailed from the states. I might actually get one and pick it up in a couple of weeks :)

Hmmm, these are very tempting...

I was reading the thread on WUS:

http://forums.watchuseek.com/f74/any-deep-blue-master-1000m-automatic-owners-2594538.html

and it looks like it's a new model.

What concerns / puts me off the most is the comment in post #13 from 'NYCPMAN', Stan, who it appears owns or works for Deep Blue:

This Is a great Gift item - not really for the WUS crowd !!

wait for some more goodies coming soon .

Is that a comment on general WUS snobbery and vast amounts of cash they have to spend?

Or are they crap?? :?

I presume they are launching some new shiny $$$$ kit with ETA/Sellita movements that WUS big spenders will love, or are doing other offers on the more expensive stuff later this Black Friday week.

None of the other models really appeal to me, though, so I think I might well get an order in for these ones...

$10 shipping - nice what a bargain. Its $50 to UK :-( and a good chance customs will want their 20% VAT and UPS a handling fee but still a good deal.

The Stan they refer to is Stan the boss of DB. He actually put a hand written note in one of those Digi Ani watches you refer to - old former member Ted Balad1 bought one on my behalf last year so i could avoid some shipping costs, he was big on DB but went off them and i managed to wind him up about his mate Stans "Love letter" :suck:

No thanks for starting this thread!

I am now much lighter of pocket, you bastards... :brightlight: and I have a car that needs major fixing!!

With annoying international shipping and even more annoying VAT, I've worked it out as saving 22%, which isn't too bad - c.$200 for a decent-name Gen with auto Seiko 21600 movement, sapphire, AR, super-lume, and 1000ft WR (allegedly lol) seems pretty good value to me...

You have to click through to Checkout, and then enter the discount code to get the 40% off.

While you are on the checkout page you can choose what shipping you want (in the US) or have to choose (if outside the US and/or in East Europe).

If your Country in your address is outside the US and you try to select a US postage option, the bar at the top of the page will tell you it is not valid.
