SSTEEL 0 Posted October 25, 2014 <a Fixed it for you. That's no Swiss, but you would of known what to expect if you read a bit more from the free advice here. It could have a refinished Swiss main plate, with some Asian mixed in, the auto wind module is certainly Asian decorated. The rotor screw is under that glued on silver piece in the centre of the rotor.

Oguila 0 Posted October 25, 2014 I´ve paid as it was a Swiss ETA!!! I´m very disappointed with the watch and with Andrew: Misaligned Rolex Crown at the bracelet´s lock Misaligned Cyclob Glass higher and ticker over the bezel Dust in the dial And now the certain he sent me a cheaper watch Rude answers about my inquires about these flaws
Hornet 1 Posted October 25, 2014 I'm amazed you actually got a 2836 as advertised (I'm glossing over it's origins.....), lady luck has smiled on you. You could have got a 2813....... Helldiver 0 Posted October 25, 2014 I read somewhere (6 months ago) that factories have no more access (or don't want to invest) to gen Swiss eta.
Phwtan 0 Posted October 25, 2014 I had a similar experience with a sub-c I ordered from him. Advertised as a Swiss movement, but when opened up, was an Asian clone.
JSJ 0 Posted October 25, 2014 Guys you need to get real. Read about how likely you are to find a gen Swiss ETA in a rep these days. Then stop troubling yourself about it.
NFleischer 4,355 Posted October 25, 2014 I can not see any ETA stamp or 2836 stamp there. As they say; it's very hard to get gen ETA from most TDs. The CrPO from BP factory do seem to have them, but they are probably 'reclaimed'. Sometimes one gets lucky with a gen Sellita mov't. If you buy from BK, he will guarantee real Swiss, that's why his Subs are $600!
Simms 1 Posted October 25, 2014 I always order the Asian clone ETA's for this exact reason...very low chance on actually getting a swiss.
ShovelnTC 31 Posted October 26, 2014 I always order the Asian clone ETA's for this exact reason...very low chance on actually getting a swiss. This, I have all A2824/36 except my BK sub which as stated has Swiss. I have never received a 2813 instead of the 24/36. The movement you have is still a good movement IMHO but I would also be pissed if I had paid for a Swiss.

BC1221 44 Posted October 26, 2014 You do know that's a 3186 clone right? It's typically priced higher than etas and eta clones. I personally stay away from them because they have horrible reputations but on the plus side, you'll have the correct crown height and I believe it even takes gen hands. Find a modder, get the movement serviced and you'll have yourself a nice and reliable watch. The watch isn't bad for a rep. The rehaut engravings look good. The cyclop looks good. Date seems to be aligned. Hell, even the bezel and hands look pretty damn good. The crystal needs to be turned a little to center right and blow the dust off the dial. I can't believe you're complaining about this. It's a damn replica. It costs a fraction of what the gen costs. They're made by children (jk) in a dirty factory. You're looking for rolex quality in a Invicta price range. You have 2 options. Have it sent off to one of the forums talented modders and get a lot of your trivial issues fixed. Or. Sell it and buy a seiko

SSTEEL 0 Posted October 26, 2014 Same hands as ETA this, this is not a A3135 or Y3135 clone, its simply an Asia ETA clone with decorated autowind bridge.
